This course is designed to give students the information on the combination that will make the practice the most enjoyable and satisfying. We will focus on Hatha, Ashtanga yoga, and Pilates most of the time. Students will be guided through the steps from yoga poses, meditation, all the way to the more integrated technique and sequences. By the end of the class, students will be able to make their own combination and demonstrate proficiency at the poses covered in the class.

Chair poses 5. Standing poses 6. Standing balance poses 7. Standing forward bends 8. Inversions 9. Reclined poses 10. Restorative poses 11. Sequences Please wear clothing that won't restrict your movement. Leggings that stay opaque, long fitted tops that won't ride up or flop over your head in poses (i.e., downward facing dog). Evaluation: Attendance, participation and practices: 50% Midterm exam - selected sequences: 20% Final exam - self-developed sequences : 30% (To maintain the quality of teaching, the maximum number of students enrolled is 35.)
